Dr John Casson BDS MFDS RCSEd | GDC Registration Number: 150268
After graduating from Newcastle upon Tyne in 2008 John moved to Edinburgh for further training and was delighted to gain membership to the Royal College of Surgeons. In 2010 he moved to work in South Manchester before getting the chance to work along side Dr Vasant and the team at Fresh Dental in 2013. By being a member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and attending regular courses he keeps up to date with new ideas and concepts in dentistry. His aim is to work in a relaxed environment and make every effort to ensure his patient's oral health improves long term. He strives to work to the best of his ability and treats his patients the same as he would his friends. Away from work he enjoys cycling, running and spending time with his family.

Dr Bilal Hussein DDS MFDS RCS(Edin) | GDC Registration Number: 232109
Bilal qualified in 2009. He worked initially in general practice in Bedale, North Yorkshire subsequently moving on to work as a Senior House Officer in Oral Surgery at the Countess of Chester Hospital. Continuing to learn is important to Dr Hussain which is reflected in him achieving Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery at The Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh). He has attended courses in conscious sedation for dentistry, studied occlusion with the British Society of Occlusal Studies and is currently undertaking a postgraduate certificate in Endodontics. He hopes to further his knowledge in aesthetic dentistry by working with Dr Vasant.

Dr Hussain puts his patient' interests first and likes to hear what patients think before deciding on a treatment plan.

In his spare time, he enjoys travelling and being from Manchester, football is close to his heart, as is good food!

Dr Clare Barker BDS Brist 2007 | GDC Registration Number: 112810
Dr Clare Barker graduated from Bristol University in 2007 to be certified with a Bachelors degree in Dental Surgery. Clare completed her vocational training year in Yeovil, Somerset. Following this she has worked for 3 years as an associate Dentist on the Wirral before commencing work at Fresh Dental in April 2011 to be closer to her home town of Blackburn. Thereafter, Clare completed the Royal College of Surgeons Diploma (MJDF RCS Eng) in 2012 and has since trained and became certified in Invisalign. Clare enjoys all aspects of Dentistry and is keen on attending courses and conferences to further her knowledge in order to help provide the best possible care to her patients. Furthermore, Clare is now developing her skills by undertaking a facilitating learning in health care course at the University of Central Lancashire. In her spare time, Clare enjoys dancing, cooking, painting and spending time with her family.

Dr Nick Tonkin BDS Sheff 2010 | GDC Registration Number: 193865
Originally from Suffolk, Dr Tonkin graduate from the university of sheffield in 2010. He Remained in Sheffield to complete his DF1 before maving to Manchester and joining the Freshdental team in 2011. In his time here he has worked to build a stable patient base, having taken on many new patients. He has sought to broaden and solidify his professional skills by attending a number of post-graduate courses and is currently working toward a BARD accredited advanced restorative qualification.


Dr Yusuf Ali BDS Ncle 2007 | GDC Registration Number: 140483
Yusuf is a seasoned associate at Fresh Dental. He has over 5 years clinical experience, at multiple practices across the country, under some of the most talented and respected principles in England. This has helped him gain valuable knowledge, experience and clinical skills along the way.

He completed his training at one of the best dental schools in the country at Newcastle University, so as well as being a talented and dedicated dentist he was also able to expand his horizons, beginning to learn many languages, dance techniques, playing a range of sports and interacting with people from across the world. This has helped him have a broad view of life, aiding his treatment care, allowing him to empathise and resolve their dental problems and reduce their anxieties and fears.

He is currently continuing his professional development on a aesthetic restorative course at the prestigious Tipton Training under the world renowned Paul Tipton as well as benefiting from working daily with the award winning Dr. Vasant.

He is able to offer an extensive range of treatments to brighten your smile, from whitening your teeth to aesthetically pleasing tooth coloured restorations in a caring compassionate manner.

Nicola Hubbard- Dental Therapist - Dip Dental therapy and hygiene 2010| GDC Registration Number: 189208
Nicola is our dual qualified Dental Hygienist and Dental Therapist. She joined our team in 2011. She has been involved in dentistry since leaving college and is also a qualified dental nurse. She assists our nurses with their training and is always found helping out around the practice.

She is continually progressing within her career and regularly attend courses throughout the UK to further her skills She has a particular interest in tooth whitening and periodontal treatment.

Nicola has grown up in Bolton and regularly watches Bolton Wanderers. She is also part of a team in Bolton's Rounders League.
