Went to a kids party today, a staff member Liam couldn’t do enough for me. Watched over my toddler whilst I was managing my other baby and also enjoying chatting to other mums, ensured my curious toddler was safe at all times around the steps, got him a drink in case he was thirsty, found him when I thought I couldn’t see him for a moment, played with him, brought my buggy up the stairs, brought my forgotten items shoes and baby sling from downstairs upstairs to the party room before I even realised I had left them downstairs!!! Just so kind, helpful, genuine… and made being at the party with a toddler and my newborn baby completely manageable. I thought he deserved a big shout out as well as a great venue. Thanks!!
Clean and tidy and what you would expect from a venue like this. Kids party events are run by young staff with little or no interaction or communication skills. Been to a few of these kids party events here and I've always seen parents chasing staff for more food as some kids haven't been given anything or the parents in general have to do the work. You are given for example a hot dog in front of you, a bowl of crisps and a slush drink. The staff then disappear, no music no atmosphere, simply not worth booking or spending money. I've not seen one child come out of there feeling like they were glad they had their party there. It's like a conveyor belt, all in, given minimal fuss and off you go. Very poor. Feedback based on multiple trips.
Kids loved it, well organised, we won a free ticket potting hole on one on the last hole.
Cheshire oaks center. Really lovely attentive staff.. was bowled over when a member of staff came over to check on my little girl and make sure she was OK when she went down the slide too fast. Will make a point of coming here more often as my little girl has a lovely time :
My son 7 loved this. I booked a ticket too and it near killed me as I am so unfit. But it was great fun nonetheless. It is neatly laid out so you can sit and have a drink while you wait, or you can use a secure locker to store your gear if you are daft like me! Next time perhaps I will sit it out and let him go wild solo. He especially loved the dodgeball and is keen to have another go. Recommended as a great way to burn off some energy and guarantee an early night for the little one!
Went for the first time with 2 young kids. They loved it. Well organised and clean, staff are great, reasonably priced.
I can’t understand why you take kids coats . Yes shoes fine but what do you need coat for . CCTV shows you taking coat so please find and give it back or reimburse me . Thank you to staff for looking but I want this solving asap . Thank you
Where do I even start, The cafe is a massive disappointment that is clearly never kept on top of though-out the day. My youngest who has not long turned 4, was having to avoid food and melted ice cream on the floor to be able to have access to the soft play. Then the staff are either to busy talking amongst themselves or just point blank rude! Now onto the trampoline park itself. AGAIN THE STAFF! they clearly have no care in the world for the childrens safety as again they spend most of there time talking to one another. Other then the clear bad points I have mentioned, the front desk staff are lovely and happy to help, also the trampoline park is really well set out for all age groups and the viewing area is perfect to keep a eye on the kids because the staff clearly don’t care
Cloie was a fantastic party host at my daughter's friends birthday party. She immediately recognised that Edie was sensitive to loud sounds and did all she could to accommodate that. If only all play places had team members as intuitive as Cloie. Thank you, you made such a difference.
