WORST EVER RESTAURANT IN MY LIFE. I called the restaurant as my order wasn't here even after 45 mins The person was rude as said that it will take 45 mins to arrive. I mentioned that I have waited for 45 mins and asked where is my order. The person asked me to wait and just mentioned "he is outside" and cut the call without any further information. As a normal person would understand that the delivery person is outside waiting outside the restaurant, I did so and waited for my order. Later after 1 hour 30 Mins I called back again and asked about my order. The person in the restaurant abused me as "stupid" " no sense" and asked for a extra 2 pound to deliver my order.

Really upped their game in the chicken burgers! Hot and fresh always. They always give a generous amount of chips and sauces when asked. The staff are all so friendly and kind. Keep it up guys! Parking: Love that there is parking right infront! Not always available - but great when it is.
Ordered food online and spent £10 and all I got ‘uncooked chicken’. When rang to complain, no help was provided from the team. #Pathetic #Worst Do not recommend!
21/08/19 Very very nice meal i had here today . fillet burger meal for £3.50 and i asked if they could replace more chips for the Pepsi i didn’t want and they agreed thank you . The chicken burger i got was amazing and cooked very well and the chips alone had a unique taste and the side dip was very nice with the meal . I wanted to go back and get another one ! I would for sure recommend this place and go again ! Well worth what you pay and the service was very quick ! Staff are easy going . Halal of course , parking right out front and you have the option of eating in or taking away. Thank you
Has to be the worst or at least one of the worst takeaways in Burnley!! The imported boys on the counter have forgotten that they actually caught a plane to the UK!! Physically they are here but their attitude is so backwards and the service they provide is absolutely shocking! Rude! Argumentative! Anything negative they definitely top the list! Think it's about time everyone boycotted them even temporarily, so that they actually get the message that happy customers is what makes a business successful! In all honesty I really don't think they care! Food isn't all that either but sometimes a good service allows a customer to overlook the food on a bad day!! Seriously guys is it really that hard to be nice to paying customers tut tut
There's a reason for these apps , ie just eat ect , cos I thought I'd use them direct , cash boom on the nose , turns out I got 50% off my order , next time use a app , meat feast pizza , doesn't mean garlic bread pizza
Would give zero stars if i could... Absolutely Terrible... Arrived cold. Chicken dry, no flavour. Gravy was a tub of grease. kebabs were full of bone and gristle. Will definitely not be buying from here again.
The chicken burger meals are delicious and excellent value for money. Always happy when we visitFood: 5/5
