Freddy's of Windsor serves the finest Traditional British Fish & Chips in a location just yards from Windsor Castle in Windsor, England. Situated on the High Street, you can view the various ceremonial activities from either our indoor or outdoor seating.

We sell only the finest Cod and Haddock, from sustainable sources of course, served in a light, crispy batter in a sustainable oil. As well as fish we also sell a range of other traditional fish & chip shop products, such as Sausages, Pies and Wholetail Scampi.

The food is reasonable but a bit overpriced. The staff is not the politest ever but its location ends up rising the overall experience.

The fish wasn't great. Obviously frozen. The chips weren't cooked. Just barely soaked in oil. Better off going to McDonald's. At least they know how to cook chips!

Poor showing of fish and chips. The batter didn't stick to the fish and was plain, lacked season. The chips were great and plentiful.

Superb proper chips but why doesn't it stay open later?!?

Great food, atmosphere and customer service. What more can you ask for.

It's exactly what it seems: a Fish and Chips shop. And a good one at that.

Poor...poor....poor. got our orders wrong and when we got our food it was cold. Over priced for food with no taste.
