Charged me 7 pound to drop me off 2 miles from my house at 3:30pm on a saturday afternoon! I live 2 minutes from their depot! Couldnt pick us up at 11 at night! Called club taxis. Took us home at 11pm for 6.30! Nuff said never using franks again after being loyal to them for years
Horrible had the taxi driver go mental over my six year old pukeing into a hat. As such he threatened my wife and 6 year old infront of me. When i confronted him the man cowered and refused to give us our change and stole £6 from us .
Tried to get a taxi on a Saturday night. The driver didn't even inform me that the taxi was outside, and because there was another taxi outside for another person, it left without notice and wouldn't come back. Thanks for the great customer service!
Awful. Dont turn up. Dont tell you when there here or going to be late. Very argumentative over the phone for no good reason. Not putting up eih their in incompitance any more will be going with beaumont taxis from now on
Shame the phone number has been hijacked. DO NOT CALL THE 07 NUMBER GIVEN, It's nothing to do with the company. At last Google have given control back to the rightful owners :

I ordered a taxi for 8:30 and it didn’t even show had to cancel it and order another firm
Always use these guys great banter from cabbies on time and dont overcharge
