Fantastic service both packing and removals. Due to complications with our chain we exchanged contracts just two days prior to completion. Nothing was too much trouble for Franklin’s. We paid Franklin's a deposit of £150 to move us but unfortunately the elderly person we were buying from was unable to move on that date and so I had no choice but to move the date back 4 days.Although I advised Franklin's about the problem almost immediately they said I would lose the deposit even though they confirmed they had capacity on both dates and we were still using them!I could understand it if they had been fully booked on the dates in question and had lost business but that was not the case.In response to my protest they kept repeating "We are running a business" Whilst technically and legally they have done nothing wrong, at a time of great stress i think they could have shown a little more empathy and understanding. Needless to say we used another Company.

Used franklins a few weeks ago to move into my first house! Good,reliable friendly and efficiant service - can not thank the guys enough for easing the stress away on one of the most stressful times!! Thanks guys!

Can not rate Franklin Removals enough - not the cheapest - from Ben's initial visit to the 2 removals we needed in only 4 months they were a pleasure to work with. Nothing was too much trouble, the lads on the day were super friendly & totally professional.

The move process was very easy and very simple. The build up was hassle free and they were very prompt with supporting me or answering any questions I had about the move. On the day, Darren and Lewis moved us out and they were extremely helpful, very friendly and couldn't have done anymore for us. This is an amazing family company and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to move. Thanks again!
