Food hadn't arrived for an hour and a half. Rang twice. Was told the wrong address on the first call then told 15 minutes but hung up on so she could take another order.nCalled back 20 minutes later and apparently still not left the takeaway. Told them we had to leave so not to bother with the order. She said one minute, then hung up again whilst taking another order.nThen rang us to tell us they were outside with the food after we already said we had to leave.
Ordered a 14 inch pizza meal and waited over an hour for the food, when the shop is only 5 minutes away from my house. When it did eventually turn up it was inedible. The food was cold, the chips were soaking in oil, it is absolutely disgusting. I rang up to explain and staff was very rude, I will not be ordering from here again and would not reccomend.
Placed order for ASAP delivery. Estimated time given was around 35 minutes. However, it has been 1 and a 1/2 hours but still there is no sign of food. Called the restaurant, they rudely asked me to cancel the order if I can't wait any longer. This is not even weekend.
Absolutely dreadful customer service after delivering the wrong order. Delivered 9” pizzas when 12” were ordered. Pizzas that were delivered were raw. Promised replacement pizzas and still waiting for them 2 hours later. Women on the phone extremely rude! Would rate them -star!
After night out we come to get some food before we went home.We did wait about for our food but the food was really nice.Best pizza I've had for a long time.Really good friendly service would definitely be ordering again.
