Usually this play area is the play area of choice. Clean, friendly staff.nnWe had a birthday party there recently. The staff weren’t as friendly as usual. Had no conversation with any of the staff. They all seemed quite grumpy! Barely saw the staff.nnFood was standard for children. However, I was made aware their party food menu used to be a lot better. I’m not sure I’d use this place for a party again due to the lack of involvement from staff compared to other play areas.nnGenerally, their food menus as an every day customer has been reduced to sandwiches or chips. The minimum spend has increased, again.nnThis play area used to be amazing! But I certainly feel it’s going down in standards.
It okay.nA bit dirty, dusty and cobwebby in places.nI went with my granddaughter in November and it was freezing there. Her hands were icy cold and so was my nose despite running around after her, we left because of it.nEntry was £6 for her19months Nov 2023
Not a bad place for a childrens afternoon out. The place was not too busy. A great way to celebrate childrens parties...we attended one today that was well organised. Staff very helpful and attentive. Lots of places with hand sanitisers as well.
Great soft play, plenty for the kids to do. Snacks can be a little overpriced and parking gets busy but all staff are friendly and helpful.
Great for kids of all ages, it's a big soft play. There's a selection of sandwiches and snacks on site at the small cafe. The staff were friendly and polite. Reasonably priced. Plenty of seats for the parents. There is limited parking however we managed to find a space on site.
