Not even worth the one star. Ordered steak ( medium rare) and a jacket potato. Just a basic meal. Steak was over cooked very fatty and the jacket potato tasted like it had been cooked prior and frozen then reheated. Disgusting when the meal was over £16. Sent it back. Received no apology. Refused to pay.

Mediocre fare. Overcooked pasta, poorly presented dishes. Good enthusiastic service, but couldn't make up for the poor standards in the kitchen.

Absolutely freezing in here tonight. We like several others in the restaurant kept our coats on. We had to call someone to take our drinks order. Service was really poor today. I ordered pizza. They brought out the wrong one, without chicken. The waitress returned within 5 minutes with an uncooked pizza couldn't be bothered to complain again. Dessert was chocolate fudge cake, we asked for custard which was cold, not an enjoyable experience today at all. Saving grace - 50% off mains on vouchercloud! Usually we visit on a lunchtime when we have had no problems. Please sort the heating out and maybe get more staff on in the evenings.
