When this Restaurant Chain came to Irvine, many were excited. Initially, it was good however, over the years quality and standards had dropped dramatically. A few months back I visited at lunch time and at the time was impressed to see that they had upped their game. Sadly however, from my visit today I would not recommend. On arrival, waited 10 minutes before a Staff Member acknowledged that we were waiting for a table (the place was not busy). Finally ordered Drinks and Food and when it came: - Drinks – Pint of Stella had more head than liquid; Garlic Mushrooms – Consisted of a lot of sauce and one solitary Mushroom swimming around with a couple of life guards (in the form of bread) standing by the side!!!; Chicken Burger – The chicken was definitely dead or should I say cremated!!! – Chips also extremely dry (microwave standard). During our visit, the Waiting Staff were very non attentive. Struggled to get any attention when requiring to order more drinks. The fastest service we received was when asking for the Bill and paying. The nearby Fast Food Restaurants are of better quality, standard and service. More than likely this particular “F & B;’s” is failing due to poor Management – It is not necessarily the Waiting Staff to blame. In the meantime, I will not return as today was money down the drain. Hopefully, it was not my last meal in life.

Awful!! Food was cold service was shocking staff couldn't have cared less. It was great when it first opened. But managers have got complacent letting chefs put out really bad food. Irvine and the surrounding areas have far better eating places. Which is a shame because F&B's was never outstanding food but it was always a safe bet of good quality food at a decent price especially with young kids.

Is a nice place, we were served by a new waitress that was very gentle and patient. Food was nice manager was funny, we had a great time and I got my main course for free cos my daughter took me for mother day and they had a promotion on for all the mum

Service was good, food was OK but what was a real disappointment is that VAT is not included in the price. This is not made clear at all...... Come on guys, get your act together. I will not be returning.
