I have been going to Frankie and Benny's for many years and it never seems to disappoint. the staff are very friendly and never leave you sitting at your table for too long before seeing if you want to put a drinks order in whilst you look at what food you want. Good system for when they are busy with the tags that flash! Plenty of room around the bar to wait. Food is lovely and doesn't seem to have gone down at all !

I've been to this branch many times before and the service has been brilliant resulting in us leaving tips on a number of occasions. Our last visit to this restaurant was my sons birthday in April which staff ensured was an enjoyable exerience for him. This time however, the service was poor and below standard. There were a few service issues such as no sauce brought to the table, drinks without straw and the wrong order delivered to our table. These were however understandable mistakes as it appeared the waitress was new. These mistakes were address efficiently by staff. Our biggest disappointment however was when we were ordering our meal. My husband and I both ordered the mix grill and was informed that there was no steak in the restaurant. We then asked what other option can we have? The manager, Laura was called over to handle our request. I was very disappointed when we were informed that the only other option we have was chicken breast. I informed Laura that chicken breast is already included in the mixed grill and there is also chicken wings in this order. We asked if we could have another portion of ribs and we were told a very rude "no as this will affect the restaurants stock". Laura then told us that we can have the sirloin steak for an extra £3 each. I then ask if the sirloin steak can be included on this occasion as the steak being out of stock in not the customers fault. Laura rudely said "it's not my fault either" and she walked off leaving her colleague behind. Not wanting to spoil the occasion for my family, I said nothing but I was baffled at how disrespectful Laura was and by the lake of understanding displayed. Laura did not even appologise as if she was superior and we were beneath her. I am bringing this to your attention as this is unacceptable behaviour and needs to be addressed.

Good food and good service. The only thing that let the side down was that it costs more to upgrade to sweet potato fries from standard fries than the difference on the sides menu, which seems unfair. Also, the new menu is missing a few favourites.

Had a meal here last Saturday 28th April I have got to to say as a chef this was one of the worst meals I've ever had, burger was bland looked so unappealing no salad garnish, the bun was dry at nearly £15.00 for a burger is ridiculous. My partner had the ribs and chicken both equally dry as hell, looked like it had been thrown on the plate! the bill came to £51.00 with a couple of drinks! So it's not cheap! I think Frankie and Bennys need to get a grip theirs a lot of other places out their offering a lot better food and service. Will not be returning any time soon.

This place does, excuse my language, a DAMN fine breakfast. The learn Italian-while-you-pee looping recording in the bathroom confused me at first but it adds character. Pretty good!
