Service was okay. But the price for the food ridiculous. Kids meals are okay and value for money. But mains...salmon fillet..which was a small piece of salmon on a bowl of salad...£13.95...really a salad for £14. At least be generous in your portion. Very disappointed. Also they missed a starter and didn't bother to serve at all. The kids drink arrived after half the meal was over. Too pricey...price does not match the quality, quantity or service offered.

Can't believe how bad Frankie and Benny's food is now. No garnish / sides, pizzas are a mess, and the veg burger doesn't even have a burger in it! Slice of cheese, tomato, pepper and boiled mushroom, which literally flooded the plate with water. The chips were practically hollow crisps. TERRIBLE value, and I'm not surprised it was about 1/4 full yesterday evening.

Overpriced and a very narrow range of food on the menu. We only went because my Daughter specifically asked to go there for her Birthday. In future I'll endeavour to persuade her to go somewhere better. Service was very lackadaisical and the server had no idea about dietary questions and wasn't really eager to try and find out.

Normally I try to avoid to Frankie's but went for dinner and found out they have new better menu so you have more choices than just pasta. Customer service was good and best thing not once did we hear cliff Richard singing happy birthday so turned to be a good day.
