Pizza party experience has been amazing. I highly recommend. We have been to two of Frankie's pizza party experiences now and both times the service has been exceptional. The staff are very friendly and very welcoming. The kids are made to feel at home and are expected to make noise and have fun. We got to make breadsticks and pizza's which Frankies give you a huge selection of toppings to choose from and you can use as much as you like. They then cook them for you and you get to eat them - all completely free. The hostess was rushed off her feet serving the restaurant as well and worked really hard to make sure everyone was happy. I definitely recommend booking this experience with Frankie and Benny's Merry hill.

Great place for food at just above average prices. The bottled beer is a little expensive but the whole experience with young family tagging along was better than average. Staff were attentive and really helpful. Great service

Very busy during half term and had to wait at the bar for about 40mins before a table was available. Apart from that I had a great time. The menu is good and the portions are decent. It's worth eating from the lunch menu to save some money or using vouchers. Paying full price can be very expensive.

Quite busy when we were there and we were a large party of about 20 but service was good and food excellent. Would go again. Only con was drinks were a bit expensive.

Every single time I've been here the speed of service has been poor. No matter what time you go they always seem to be under staffed!
