Had sliders(would of liked some variety's they were just a burger in a bun) they were ok. As normal the the lighting was so dim that menu reading was a challenge. No child free area for quiet chat. Great for families I'm sure.

Lovely hard working staff. I've always enjoyed the music & atmosphere. The menu isn't as good as it was a few years ago.

Went with my husband daughter and two granddaughters. The main meal arrived and was good. It took ages to get the table cleared ready for dessert we ordered the waitress came back to tell us that they had run out of vanilla ice cream so we had another look at the menu did another order only to be told they had run out of that .We didn't order anything thing else there didn't seem any point so we paid the bill and left with two little girls not getting a pudding. I don't think we will be going back any time soon.

A week ago we decided to go to Frankie and Benny’s for dinner, the restaurant was half empty but there was a 45 minute wait so we decided not to bother. This time we booked a table, walked through the door to a bloke who was supposed to be greeting us to look at us and looked away. Eventually he went ‘yes’ and I explained we had a table booked to which he said no you don’t. I proved it via the email and he said oh yeah your on my list. We then sat down and the wait for the main meal, drinks and desert was horrendous bearing in mind they had empty tables. Food was ok but very expensive. Waitress was nice until the end, we decided not to tip due to the overall service we received. When we didn’t tip and commented on the wait we had for the food today, she took the money and just walked away. No thanks or anything. I can now see why you are having so many money problems!

Great service and great food. Just next to the harbour and the cinema make this a great place to have a meal before heading off and exploring. Though it is a bit more expensive than other local places.
