Pleasantly surprised! We genuinely expected the food to be soggy and a bit rubbish as some things don't travel too well, but we were completely wrong. The food was piping hot and tasted great and when I went to collect the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely do it again. Thank you.
Had a pleasant experience at Frankie & Bennys. We was served by Sue who was so pleasant and helpful. She was friendly to approach, had good banter and ensured we was happy with our meals. What more can you ask you. Great customer service
We had a really enjoyable meal with great food, we have missed eating at F&B's. The restaurant was well laid out to deal with social distancing. Our waitress Sue was fabulous and so glad we could eat out to help out lovely people like her. We will be back soon.
Food was amazing as normal as always is and was served by sue who was so lovely, social distancing was perfect!! We had an amazing time and the food was great! GREAT SERVICE we had from our lovely waitress Fallon! She is a star. Thank you for a good meal and a good service. The best!!!

Absolutely brilliant in every way. Particular shout out to Louise who is very friendly, very helpful and comes across like she genuinely likes her job. Will definitely come back.
Even in lockdown we can still get it Frankie’s fix thanks to Just Eat we ordered pizza and ribs and it was gorgeous, all we were missing was our chat with Sue
