Good food, good service, very welcoming, near perfect! I visit this F&B’s at least once a fortnight (sometimes every week) with my little girl and she loves it!! They always make a fuss of her and make us feel welcome, even though we aren’t big spenders. I have a very low tolerance for poor service and as a former Customer Service manager, was never a ‘fan’ of F&B’s because of negative experiences in other branches. However it is very apparent that the brand have had a big shake-up and are serious about food and quality service!! Thank you so much to Simon and Sara at Leigh, who are fabulous and awesome ambassadors for the Frankie & Benny brand. Xx

Usually love this restaurant, food wasn't as good as normal. Music has changed and the toilet seat was broken and on the floor, over all not a good experience. Time to start looking for somewhere new.

Awful. Table of 5 adults and 2 children. Ordered our food at the same time, it all come at different times. My food had to be sent back as it was brunt. Some food didn't arrive at all. The place was that busy when we arrived, tables were dirty and plates and glasses not cleaned away. Very expensive. WILL NOT RETURE.

The food was good, 20 minute wait between courses, the restraunt wasnt busy at all. I also asked for a refill on my coffee 3 times before i eventually got it. This is all when there was maybe 10 people in the restraunt total. Make your own assumptions...
