The staff at this branch are absolutely amazing! Worth the rating of 5 without even considering the food! So friendly and polite and actually helped each other which was nice to see. Drinks arrived straight after we ordered and food swiftly after. All very nice, hot and cooked well. I highly recommend
Absolute delicious chips are amazing
For me F&B have generic food with a large bill however we were served by a pleasant enough woman and COVID measures were followed so I really can't complain.
Best Frankie & Benny's in Sheffield and I've been to most of them! The staff here are so polite and always seem to have a smile for u! Plus, it's never 'overcrowded' like some of the others, and this was before the covid pandemic too!
Fantastic food, fantastastic service
Went last night to the Rotherham Parkgate one and the staff were amazing. Was so nice to go for a meal with the kids after everything that has gone on. Massive shout out to Jodie who was extreamly friendly and did and amazing job
Food was excellent, speaking for the other 3 that was with me. Everything about it was good
