Just popped in for coffee and thought we would come back next day for a meal. Not entirely happy. Service was a bit slow and the people on the next table were left waiting quite some time. My sons pizza was ok, my dish was ok although not much taste, but my wife’s dish was very bland. Looks much like this chain wants to play it safe with middle of the road menus. Portion size was good though. wife says that Gordon Ramsey could improve this many times over!

Sat within 90 seconds.  Booth, cutlery, glassware, floor etc very clean.  Sat at table 20 which gave me a fantastic view or the wood/stone oven and the prep area where the chef's worked their magic!  Music is varied but mostly the classics ranging from Sinatra to Fleetwood Mac.  Jacqui the waitress possibly the manager is funny and personable. She gave us plenty of time to decide what we would like to order. Joined in with some banter. Was very attentive to other customers also. Watched as she resolved a minor issue at another table with professionalism and speed. During out visit a family came in and it was brilliant to see Jacqui treat the kids as valued customers as much as the adults they were with!  Food ordered 12.25pm:  Starters arrived at the table at 12.39  Garlic prawns. Prawns are so fresh they taste like they were in the water 2 hours ago! The garlic and oil they were light and fragrant.  Dumplings and garlic butter. Dumplings are light and fluffy with just enough chew.  Cannoli and black and blue burger arrived at our table at 13.00 with an advisory of hot plate with the cannoli. Not everyone takes the time to look after their customers like that!  Now the Black and Blue burger was 'yum!' After more probing I have been told it was succulent. The burger was constructed so that you could taste every flavour of each ingredient, the most bland ingredient was the lettuce and even that could be tasted. It was fresh and delicious!  The cannoli was something to behold! I have never eaten anything like it before. The pasta was al dente, the ricotta was rich and creamy, the spinach fresh and tomato sauce was so rich and warm!  Definitely going again!

Had breakfast there today. Absolutely excellent! The 'Big One'. Quality ingredients, well cooked and presented. Excellent service too. Refillable coffee is a bonus. Good value at around £12 including the coffee I managed 4!. Thoroughly recommended for breakfast.

Decent food and staff are great. There's a 2 course menu for £9.95 that is great value.

Waited 15 minutes and had to remind waitress about our drinks order. Waiting staff  didn't seem interested. Food was OK but portions are tiny for the price you pay. Not particularly warm either. Not good value for money!!! The night was saved by the girl working in the bar who was so attentive, even though she was clearly overworked. Sat in the bar area after our meal and the girl was so hospitable, even though she was rushed off her feet. 10/10 to her!!!!

We ate here early evening. The restaurant was not busy. We ordered a starter to share and two mains. Food seemed to be taking a long time to come so we reminded the waitress that we wanted our starter before our mains. She returned to tell us that the kitchen had not seen the starter on the order!! It was not ready but our mains was ready for serving. We told her to forget the starter and bring the mains. Considering that the restaurant was not busy it was a terrible mistake.

We came in for breakfast 2 seniors from South Africa. We met a real gentleman Gary that took our orders. The breakfast was great and our waiter Gary even made the time to have a chat with us and made us feel really at home. Very affordable great atmosphere clean and friendly staff. We loved the country music that plays really made us long home. Thank you Gary and Frankie & Benny's for starting our day off well

Our waitress was really nice. Food is amazing. The herby potatoes and sausages are not to herby. Quick service for breakfast and drink. On the bad note toast not toasted enough. But all around a good place for a chat and brunch. Thanks Carolann for the service

Nice relaxed atmosphere great for children staff very attentive to their needs

The paper straws aren't that bad. The paper straws are better and more durable than McDonald's as they don't become soggy quickly. Also when I was served sweet potato chips, they looked like mighty eagle's beak from angry birds.  UPDATE: I just went today again and it was good as usual until a large aggressive cup of diet coke for no reason spew all over me. The next time I come back here, I will get a smaller cup.
