Excellent meal in Banbury. Great food, great service from Ellie. She went out of her way to treat our daughter, noticing it was her birthday and bringing out cake with candles! Lovely surprise. Thank you. We'll definitely be back.

Pancakes were good until I was told they are microwaved and not made fresh! The veggie breakfast was good!

We had a great family meal served by Ellie. Food was really yummy - we had vegan burger and vegan pizza which were both really amazing. Kids enjoyed their meals from the kids menu, especially the pudding! Overall, a great family dinner out.

I went with my sister and her kids, the service was great and the server was great with the little ones. A staff member in the kitchen, her name was Laura came and spoke to us and was lovely! The food was delicious especially the hot Cookie dessert definitely recommend. I will definitely be going again!!

Had a lovely meal at Frankie and Benny’s Banbury this evening thanks to Kelly! She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our meals. I have had previous staff there be quite rude but not tonight! Thank you Kelly.

What a lovely experience. Our waiter, Lucas, was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond and made my friends birthday very special. The food was fantastic. Thank you for making us feel so very welcome. I would recommend this place to everybody.
