Our first visit to this branch of F&B. Quite a decent selection for vegans. Wife is dairy/egg intolerant. My phili cheese steak hot dog wasn't that good. Bun was well steamed, but the steak cut was poor and general the meal was served luke warm and not hot. Not excuseable as we were about 8ft from the serving hatch. My son's garlic break was stone cold and had to be sent back. Wife's rasberry and chocolate bomb was bland and the cake part was just too dry. My chocolate waffle was actually pretty good and hence I have raised from two to three stars. Nice variety of textures. Service seemed to be a but slow desoute ut not being that busy for a Sunday lunchtime. The kindly provide crayons for kids. This is great, but they don't provide paper for them to draw on. This is stupid as it means an unattended child WILL draw on the table! Decor in this branch is in a good state as it's only a couple of years old. I like the ceilings.
Really nice food. Bit of a mix up on one of the orders but was resolved really quickly and with no fuss. Our waiter was lovely. There was a big party in there for a child's birthday so they were very busy but the service didn't suffer. We had all eaten with desserts in an hour and half only took this long due to us not deciding very quickly cannot complain.

Lovely night with my family, had dinner and drinks, brilliant waitress' Lizzy and Natalia. There are many dietary requirements in my family, gluten free and nut allergy. We were given many options and the service was so quick. Never had an empty glass, such lovely girls. Would definitely recommend.
Came in today for lunch and had a lovely meal. The manager was absolutely brilliant and really looked after us. He was such a lovely guy and unfortunately I did not get his name. He was very attentive and nothing was never an issue in terms of what the kids and myself requested. Food was lovely too.
Food was great. Tried the new vegan menu tonight and was so impressed. Exceeded all expectation and is the only reason the review is higher than a 2. Service wasnt great. Wasn't terrible. They weren't rude. But there was this really fed up vibe and it took so long to be seen. Took 30 minutes just to get a dessert menu. However, again, the food was fantastic, and I really rate their vegan items. So good!
We were served today by what seemed to be the manager. Very well dressed and presented. He made sure our takeaway food was fresh and hot for my father in law irregardless to him not being there. Thank you. You’re a professional but good asset to the business. Will be returning.
The food was good. The only reason for just 3 stars was the waiting time. It took 40 mins for the food to arrive after we ordered. It wasnt until the end we found out that they were missing a couple of chefs. Whilst the waiting staff were good everything was a bit chaotic and it would have been better had we known before we sat down that everything was going to take time. Also they ran out of waffles. I would go back as this experience wouldn't put me off.
Despite booking in advance, we still had to wait 20 mins for our table. Had to ask for sugar, cutlery and butter. Two meals were wrong: one had to be sent back and additional food brought out for the other. Scrambled eggs had been fried and were dripping in grease. No compensation or discount offered for the wait or wrong items. Won't be returning anytime soon or recommending it. That said, service was surprisingly quick and efficient and the coffee was nice.
A very warm welcome, followed by excellent service. My husband is profoundly deaf and Laura was extremely patient. She and the others who came to check on us whilst we were eating, made a concerted effort to ensure that we were enjoying our meal as well as the general Frankie's experience. Nothing else to say other than that it was awesome. Thank you!
