Always a pleasure to come to Frankie and Benny's. The staff are friendly, attentive and nothing is too much trouble. It is family friendly and inclusive, and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxed and the food is well cooked and presented. Even at busy times food is good and service is efficient. We come here for breakfast a lot and it is our family's go to restaurant for a midweek treat. We are really enjoying the new menu.
Staff were really lovely. Our waitress was very attentive. Food was delicious
As always, great food, clean venue & helpful staff. My little one was having a bit of trouble with understanding food first & then balloon, but thanks to a lovely lady server total melt down was avoided & meatballs were eaten. I didn't catch the lady's name but whoever she was I'd like to say a big thank you to her
Ordered garlic dough balls, requested they be served with our main meal, with in 5 minutes the dough balls arrived, I asked was our main meals coming as well "yes" was the response from a rude young man. Daughter bit into a frozen dough ball . Waitress was even ruder than the waiter . We then waited 30 minutes for our meal. There are far better F&B"s than this one.
This was a terrible experience, food was so plain it felt cheep. The steak wrap was grisly, the child's spaghetti Bolognese was nothing like it was on the picture. The picture described fresh meat balls covered in a tomatoe sauce, it didn't get presented as so. No meat balls. The service was not great, the young man who took over service was great. While the 3 other staff stood taking. Place was dirty, not a well kept business. If it's like this in the shop floor I wonder what it is like in the kitchens. TGI'S is a better choice.
Slow service place was a mess when we walked in and remained a mess for the first 40 mins we were there! The waiter started clearing our plates asked if we wanted dessert, we said yes, he then left us went outside on his phone, came back in seated and took orders off 4 people; eventually remembered us 20 mins after he first asked us if we wanted a dessert! Continued clearing our table and was full of attitude! One of our children is autistic so had to have a dessert! Those with family members with autism will understand what I mean otherwise we would have walked out there and then! Won't be going back!
Staff very good. But food not very good, descristin on menu not good, eg buffo wing = chicken nuggets / spice penny pasta with meat pork and beef meat balls = 1 meat ball sliced, that is not meat ball , that why your business is going down the pan . Lunch time cheap prices / but small portion, not really a good deal
2 members of staff on .waited 20 minutes to be seated . While waiting we saw the waiter pick up a block of parmasan cheese from behind the till of the counter with no plate was NOT covered and then grated it on someone's dinner. When eventually seated we were given a menu and told she would come back to place the drinks order . 20 minutes later still no drinks no or food order taken . Could not wait any longer so we left . While leaving we noticed several tables still had dirty plates and glasses , clearly not enough staff at lunch time. VERY DISAPPOINTING AS I WAS TREATING MY NIECE! WILL NEVER RETURN...!!!!!
Excellent service and very friendly staff, both Sam and David made us feel welcome. The food was excellent as well. Would highly recommend for anyone taking the time to visit this Frankie and Benny at Cleveland retail park.
One of the waiters got my order wrong and treated me very rudley when I told her. NOT HAPPY! She forgot my water and when I told her the order had onions that I didn't ask for she just scraped them off. REALLY NOT HAPPY! My friend cried. And hair in food.
