About 12 customer's in here. Ordered within 10 mins, 2 drinks, 2 starters, 2 mains.  Still waited  forever. Burger was awful.  So much fat residue on my plate. No one came up to ask if food was ok. Starter was lovely chicken squewers. Spaghetti was nice, just not enough, more like child's portion! Never visit here again.

Awful place, glad it’s closed. Over cooked and microwaved food for a lot of money charged!

Fabulous customer service with friendly staff and the food was delicious. Thanks for helping us celebrate my niece's birthday! Definitely recommend Southend Frankie and Benny's. Download their app for great offers. I received a 40% off all mains straight away which was really useful!

Went as a group of 8  4 adults 4 kids  and had great service. Food was good and hot. Workers were polite and about whenever we needed something. Would definitely go back

Paid £9 for this do not think it was worth it at all! Looks very rushed and for £9 I would expect a lot more for my money!

Had a lovely meal with my partner would go again
