Amazing service. We had a hen do meal there. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Very nice place, family and groups friendly : bar section isolated from dinning section, good place for quick coffee or beer.
Service was appealing the food arrived after an hour. We ordered 2 medium steaks they arrived beyond well done couldn't even cut into them. Onion rings cold. The funny thing is it wasn't even busy. We left only paying for drinks. Will never go back worst meal experience ever.
It was freezing in there. Also staff haven't a clue what they are doing! 3 people asked us if we wanted drinks, and we had already ordered. They clearly don't communicate and don't have any kind of management to tell them what to do. There was one waitress who was lovely to us really looked after us. I felt sorry for her as it felt like she was going everything! Can't remember her nane but she was lovely. The food, well it's very standard isn't it. It's not great and it's not awful! We had a 50% off voucher so make it a bit easier. The large coke I had was very overpriced and half of it was ice. Had to ask twice for this to have less Ice. Trying to give me water instead of the good stuff for £3.70!! Place looks tired, could do with a revamp. Was very quiet in there.
Went for a meal with friends, was disappointed as soon walked in. Service was awful, there was only 2 tables available when it was empty. Waitress made sarcastic comment saying if we wanted a certain table we would have to clean it ourselves. When food came we were disgusted with it. Burger was dry burned and flavourless. We was disturbed from the kitchen staff the whole time we was sat down, they was arguing and throwing pieces of bacon around and dough around the open kitchen. Lots of shouting and swearing also. Very unprofessional and disturbing experience. Would not recommend.
I went with my husband and 3 kids today for dinner. We arrived just after 4pm on a Saturday afternoon and the restaurant was quite quiet, except for a party of 10. We were told that this may hold up us ordering for a couple of minutes but shouldn't be too long. We were seated in a booth,we waited quite a while to order but when we did the waitress was pleasant. Our starter arrived and yet no drinks at this time. We then waited quite a long time for our dinner as the restaurant became busier. After dinner, no one came to clear our table, we waited a further 15mins to order deserts. We waited 40 minutes for our deserts, even after chasing them up twice!! In the end we cancelled the deserts and asked for the bill! We were in there for over 2 1/2hrs and all I ate was pasta!!!!! They are obviously very short staffed and have no logical system in place to cope when they're busy. Won't be going back in a hurry which is a shame because my kids love it!
Slow service. It was busy but not overly so and sat for a long time before anyone came to take our order. Food arrived promptly after that and was pretty good. Waitress was quite new and struggling with the mobile ordering system they use, the other staff were not very helpful to her. A number of drinks on the menu and there was apparently no milk on the premises which meant that shakes and hot drinks were unavailable. A tesco superstore is a stones throw away so running our of something as basic as milk seems unbelievable.
We came here on Bank Holiday Monday and were advised of a 30 minute wait for a party of 6 + a highchair, despite the fact that there were numerous booths seemingly unoccupied. Once seated, the service was slow, presumably due to a lack of staffing although it wasn't exactly busy. Once ordered, one of the starters was missing and had to be chased up, and the wait for the mains was lengthy. The quality of the food was fine, however it then took 40 minutes for our dessert order to be taken, and a further 30 for them to arrive. In total we spent 2 and three quarter hours from sitting down to paying the bill, which isn't really what we were expecting. Staff were friendly and the food was nice, but the experience was bobbins.
Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I ordered a spinach and ricotta cannelloni which was lovely shame the pasta isn't a little bit bigger as it is so nice. Had a sundae for my desert which was equally as nice. The soda float was good to. Only thing that lets it down us the price to size. It's quite small on servings but high on price.
Usually enjoy F&B but disappointing visit this time. It wasn't busy but tables left uncleared and cutlery missing from those which were set. Service was slow but cheerful. Our pizza was dry and tasteless. Portion sizes seemed much smaller than usual. And I'm never going to pay that ridiculous amount of money for a glass of Coca Cola!
