It was a nice friendly restaurant with a nice atmosphere, the food was ok apart from my girlfriend's pasta could have had a bit more sauce on it, will probably go again.
Staff are great and attentive. Nice big restaurant loads of parking. The food has been fine so far decent menu options.

The atmosphere is amazing, food is delicious. The staff are always great. I would like to specially thank Claire who was the server for my family and me on Thursday night. She was fantastic with my nieces and so kind. Claire went above and beyond to help us and I can not thank her enough. I am so going back thanks to her and would recommend anyone to try it.
This evening we decided to visit Frankie & Benny's for dinner and we're glad we did. On arrival we were greeted by Rowan who would be our server for the evening. We were a party of five, one of which was in a wheelchair. She swiftly showed us to our seats and handed us our menus. Once our food was ordered there wasn't a long wait at all until our food was sitting in front of us. The food was lovely and Rowan was helpful, happy and smiley!!
Had lunch here today with 2 friends who are vegetarian, had the vegan beetroot burger which was absolutely delicious. It was very busy but the waiter still made time for a chat and didn't rush us. Great experience and will be back again. Note to manager.... Keep that waiter he's pure gold.
We had a table of 6, the service was slow and had to be reminded of drinks that were forgotten. The cocktail were made from a packet and didn't taste nice. The food was very average and unfortunately didn't live up to the price. It promised hearty American diner food but just doesn't deliver. I've been a few times now to give it the benefit of the doubt but I won't be back.
Went here before going to the cinema around 7pm-ish and it was pretty busy but we got served straight away. The service was quick and very well done, the gentleman clearly knew his menu well as we ordered quite a few sides along with our mains by his recommendations. There is a lot of choice on the menu and the portion sizes are good. Will definitely go back.
Tbe service is BRILLIANT!!! The waitstaff are friendly, helpful and happy to to check if the chef will tweak your order which he was happy to do as I was close enough to hear him. We have a Taste Card and we got a 2 for 1 for each course with no need to ring and reserve. The card saved us £30 and they didn't treat us any differently than if we hadn't had the Taste Card. We were able to pay when we were ready at the table using our mobile and that was us, no waiting around etc, just a pure relaxing, delicious and happy meal!!!! I highly recommend you pay them a visit.... SOON!!!!!
Place was a bit cold because the heating was off but the had but electric ones by the tables. Sadly couldn't eat the steak as it was too chewy and tough even though it was cooked medium rare. The pasta was okay could have had a bit more flavor. On a good note the manager I think took the steak off the bill which was nice.
