Rang Phil yesterday ordered 2 tyres, then rang back and said may as well have all 4 done so I'm winter ready, tyres ordered, went in this morning all changed and done in about 30 mins! 1st class service! Highly recommend.
This eve I had great service, I had a tyre pressure warning light that had me worried as it had been checked earlier this week. I called them and asked them if they could fit me in in very short notice to check my tyres. They did the check and put my mind at rest and checked my tyres without any attempt at up selling. Honest, and helpful. Thank you
Been a customer for 10 years. Today I had my newly repaired alloy put back on the car in place of my spare wheel. Afterwards my next job was to do a food shop. Opened my boot to find the spare wheel had just been left on top - not put away in the spare wheel compartment. Had to then get my hands filthy doing it myself while trying to look after my 2 young children. I cannot understand for the life of me why the guy working there didn’t put the wheel away properly? Pure laziness and no thought for the customer. If you cannot be bothered with such basic jobs, don’t work there. You’re letting Frank Watts down. Only reason I haven’t scored lower is due to the many years of great service I’ve had previously. What a shame.
Had some work done on my car tyres all good. Had the lads fit me some ebay tyres on my motorcycle. I was worried about scratches etc. no need to worry perfect job.

My first visit this morning, after a quick tyre check, three tyres were ordered, as my car is an ancient Honda Civic. This afternoon, I just had three new tyres fitted by the guys. What a friendly, professional and trustworthy, local company. Perfect, thank you.
Used this tyre shop for the first time today after finding a flat tyre. The guys were fantastic. Great service at a great price. Very quick too. Will definitely return.
