We've been at our current rental property for a month and can honestly say we've had such a great experience of Frank Innes Nottingham so far. It's a huge contrast to the letting agent we had before moving who were not great at all - so to have a letting agent now who are competent, pleasant and quick to act really is a breath of fresh air and has taken some getting used to! Throughout the viewing and application process they were pleasant, honest and so helpful, and that's continued now we're in the property. Renting can be really difficult so finding a decent landlord with a decent letting agent has made all the difference to us!
Just collected our keys to the property we have rented through Frank Innes Nottingham. They made the whole process easy and stress free for me and my partner. The staff were kind and patient, particularly Amber who handled the rental procedure for the property. She was incredibly helpful and patient with our phone calls asking questions, taking the time to reply to us and talking us through each stage. Would recommend this agency to anyone looking to move in the area.
Horrible experience as a tenant so far in Nottingham. I’ve requested the property to be fully cleaned and mould removed as condition of the offer. Agent assured me everything is done. When I got into the property it stinks so bad of mould. So much maintenance needs to be done in the property and frank Innes don’t want to know anything about it. Landlord is awful at responding, they were supposed to get someone to come in the first week - still nothing. The windows won’t fully close as closing mechanism is broken and a draft always comes in - reported it but nothing. Please stay away from Frank Innes in Nottingham. I’ve been with other letting agencies and they are so professional and so on it. Very disappointed.
Very poor service.Recently purchased a property through Frank inns Nottingham branch.Initially they told there is no chain for the property and at the end stage came to know that there was 5 chains in that deal. so the process was delay and too long.The staffs also not supportive ,they will not give adequate information and there is no proper followup,if we will ring them also no response.Also when we went to collect the key the behavior of one of the staffTiger singwas very irritating as she just kept our key in the table and told as to take,we felt very bad ...so we were very disappointed all the buyers buying a property with lots of struggles and efforts so at least keep that in mind.also while giving just give it in a box or something like attractive that key have so much value. I will not recommend your agency to anyone.
Beware of This Letting Agency - Nightmare Experience for Newcomers Navigating the letting market in Nottingham is no easy feat, especially for newcomers like myself. Unfortunately, my experience with this letting agency has been nothing short of a nightmare. They exploited my lack of knowledge about the system, pressuring me to reserve an apartment that turned out to be far from what was advertised. The apartment, portrayed as luxurious on their website, was a complete disappointment, as evidenced by the attached pictures revealing the rubbish under the bed. The incessant noise from a restaurant located below, captured in the video, made daily life unbearable from 6 am to 11 pm for a staggering four months. To add insult to injury, the bathroom troubles persisted for 93 days, despite my monthly payment of £900. The presence of a rat only escalated the issue, and despite multiple attempts by contractors, the problem remained unresolved see attached picture. The final blow came when they concocted a report filled with lies, and deducting £80 from my deposit. Considering the blatant violation of my rights as a tenant, I am contemplating legal action. My advice: exercise extreme caution when dealing with this agency, especially if you are new to the country and unfamiliar with the letting system. They are quick to take advantage and slow to address serious issues, leaving tenants in untenable situations.
I had an excellent experience with Frank Innes in Nottingham. I only chose them because I had to choose someone, but I am so glad I did. This was a probate property and it sold after about 6 weeks from listing. The house was sold through the modern auction method and I was delighted it went for over the reserve price. This was my first experience of owning / selling a property and Ellis and the team were super helpful in answering all my questions and managing everything from start to finish. I let my property out with Frank Innes. Dylan, who guided me through the process, was faultless. It took one day for Dylan to visit the property, propose a valuation and two days for the property to be on the relevant websites. My property was rented out within three weeks with the initial valuation. I will definitely be using Frank Innes again and specifically requesting Dylan to deal with. Professional and friendly service with great communication at a fair price compared to competitors.

Frank Innes managed my property for many years and proved to have a great management team. This itself proved invaluable as I live a long way from the property. A big thank you to Kelly in particular. Kelly was such a wonderful support and was always on hand to sort out any issues even after the last renters moved out and the property was empty before the completion of the sale. When it did come to selling the property I was always given great advice and support along the way. Kaz especially helped me through the process which wasn't an easy one as the sales process had to be restarted two times before the sale was completed.
