Well, I admit that the low price and large amount of food is good, but it really tastes terrible. Even if the ice cream, it's the worst one in my life. Meanwhile, I also wait for almost one hour for my food delivery. And I just want to ask where's my Diet Coke? Maybe I will not order anything in this restaurant again.
Ordered 2 chicken kebabs, one a sheesh, my partner had which was lovely but came with 2 slices for cucumber for the salad!!! mine was a donor chicken kebab which came with a lot of salad nice but the meat was very very greasy the pitta was sodden with an orange inedible layer of fat. Great, fast delivery for a Sunday lunchtime but we won't bu using them again. Sorry Frango's. Need to make sure the food being delivered is edible!
Really let down by this. One of the doners had hair in it. The sauces were gone off and had some amazing extras growing on the top. Was standing in the shop for 10minz and no one noticed I was there even though 4/5guys were walking about. Then eventually when I asked if someone was serving I got to make my order. Food wasn't great either just hope I don't get I'll after finding 3 out of 4 dips with fungus growing on them.
My part of an order was simply a quarter pounder burger, and coconut milkshake, as part of a group order. My burger was incredibly fresh, it seemed like it was straight from the kitchen to my hands in a matter of seconds! It was fantastic! The milkshake...oh... Where do i start!? This is the greatest place to get a milkshake, simply amazing. Definitely will order again! Cheers Frangos!
The food is not safe! Many times they've sent old/dried meat, whether in kebab/kofte format or their jerk chicken. They are never consistent. You won't get the same tasting food twice here, which is shame as we have had great food here once or twice in the past. The other 8 times were awful and worthy of complaint. The workers must be lazy or not trained well, as time and time again they make simple mistakes like forgetting food in the order. This could have been a good establishment, however countless cock ups some of which some are very serious makes this place an health and safety hazard. Eat here at your own risk!!
The average wait for pizzas not delivery is not worth it. They can't cope with large orders at all. We had to wait over an hour for six pizzas in the restaurant. The staff are rude and unapologetic and pretend not to be aware of their promotions. After waiting for an hour they didn't even get our order right.
The worst pizza place I have ever been to! Waited an hour for my collection! No apology and no explanation! When we finally got the pizza home we found a stuffed crust we payed for wasnt there! Appalling service, we will never be going back there.
AVOID!!! Just paid £2.50 for a slice of cake. It was about 1/4 inch thick...I immediately gave it back and said I'd like my money back. They refused. My order was also wrong. Horrible place.
Living above this shop is a total nightmare. Regular loud music that can be heard word for word over my TV. There have also been numerous times where they have forgotten to put their extractor fans on, so my flat is full of their cooking smoke.
lovely shakes, Pizza and kebabs, had food from here few times never been let down, Recommend to all must try!
