Nice setting. The pizzas topping design definitely take the minimalist approach as evidenced by the pictures, and personally a bigger fan of thin base - but for what they are, sourdough thick crust pizza - they were good. I think their pizza ordering options could be expanded with some out the biz thinking, a lot of the options seemed like more of the same. Overall a pleasant meal with a good latte.
In general, I'm happy with my visit, the place itself is very warm and welcoming with nice features, the food was good and it was in a good price but as someone mentioned before, service charge has been added without asking. Members of staff could do better in terms of service, It was mentioned before as well, but on the other hand, it looks like there is someone missing, and they have to do more than they should, I haven't seen waitresses having a brake at all, so maybe that's why there are not too happy about doing this work with a smile on their faces, but this is only my observations. 2h visit
Consistent with the chain. Comfortable and warm inside. Seats well spaced. Pizza was of good quality. Halal beef sausage and chicken which was nice. Staff were ok, not super friendly but in no way rude either. Toilets are awkwardly placed next to the kitchen with an outwards opening door so you have to be careful not to knock over the waiting staff when you leave which I did, very awkward. Folding doors at the front of the store which I imagine would be nice in tbe summer. Vegetarian options: Lots of no meat options Parking: Hard to find. Busy high St.
My anniversary meal has been ruined by a very unprofessional waitress. Her behaviour verged on rude. Did not welcomed my family and I. Did not talk to us and wasn't interested in knowing what we wanted to eat as she got the order wrong. Did not apologised. We had to get up to ask for our pizza to be changed as the wrong one was sent out. We had to get up to pay the bill. We had to wave to get a waitress attention to order our desserts. We weren't cared for in the least. Not check in on us at all. Once we paid and went home, we realised the waitress has also added £7 of optional service charge!!!! Even though we complained we we received a terrible service. The restaurant was not busy. So disappointed. It was my husband's birthday and our wedding anniversary. I feel ripped off, I want my money back
Very little tomato based sauce on the pizza and hardly any cheese to the extent the toppings were falling off the pizza when I picked it up. As a result the taste was bland. I had a better pizza at the Soft-Play I took my son to the next day. They don't slice the pizza for you, which is slightly annoying, first time I've experienced that at a restaurant. They charge £9 for a glass of wine and don't even serve it to you in a wine glass. Kid-friendliness: Their kids menu is decent.

Lovely, fresh flavours, the base was the highlight, very light, thin sour dough base. The aubergine parmigiana was lovely with fresh garlic. Menu is simple but will have what you require to satisfy your taste buds! Vegetarian options: As a vegetarian there wasnt a huge selection but definitely found that they were very accomodating to our requirements of no egg or fish Kid-friendliness: They had given my 3 year old twins a lovely colouring pot with a drawing behind the kids menu... Very nice idea to keep them busy! Parking: Parking is awasnt close and the meters are close to £5 an hour!
Many thanks to our waitress Wiktoria her service was amazing. Not only the service but the food was mouth-watering the Veganuary special was so delicious I couldn't get enough of it! Super happy with this restaurant. Recommend to all your friends!Food: 5/5
Pizza Franco Manco is the best. VERY GOOD SERVICE .Waitress Victoria is amazing person very helpful ,very nice warm waitress .Professional staff. I am always satisfied with the service. Wonderful people work there fantastic atmosphere as always. Best Pizza Ever!!! One of the best places.
