1st ever visit to salon - asked for a simple trim of my usual style bu stylist cut half my hair off by putting very short layers through back of my hair to try to make it sit straight(which i had specifically asked not to do (as i like my curly hair) paid £50 and talked into buying shampoo for £10 - taken me over a year to grow out - would not go back again
