I have always had excellent service at this surgery as did my parents before me. The receptionists are friendly and efficient and the doctors too. The new system for booking appointments is much better than the old one: instead of hanging onto the phone you can have a ring back when it is your turn.They are coping with new systems. Some people don't like the telephone discussions, but I don't think the surgery has any choice about this: it is common to most surgeries now. The doctors listen with care and respond in terms which the patient can understand. As I say....5 stars.
Lived in Framlingham all my life and our surgery has always been fantastic. Not so now, gone downhill big time. No care whatsoever and you can't see anyone or get any sense out of anyone on the phone. Feel sorry for the poor receptionists who are left to deal with all the disgruntled patients.
Appointments impossible, staff apathetic and GPs refuse investigative diagnostics. Pretty much everything you don't want in a GP surgery. Feel desperately sorry for those without transport access to an alternative.
This system does not work. I trued to book online but according to my symptoms I was told to call the surgery immediately. They apparently are ‘too busy’ to answer calls. So how do I actually make an appointment? Also I wouldn't be in this condition if they’d actually bothered with a physical consultation teo months ago when the symptoms began. Zero out of ten. Very frustrating
This surgery has gone downhill. The doctors need to come out of hiding and start seeing their patients not calling them . I was told today if I am feeling any worse over weekend call 111 . Disgusting.
Really poor and unhelpful service from the reception. When your sick you expect the right to see a qualified doctor. Instead, after taking time off work to use the telephone booking system and waiting patiently I was denied the right by the receptionist who refused to book me an appointment , despite her colleague advising me to do this the day before. Avoid.
My wife took a form in to get permission for my disabled sons' respite provider to be able to administer his PRN medication, which needed signing by the GP. After waiting on the phone for 40 minutes, she was told that they have lost the form. So our son had to go on respite without being able to have these tablets.
If i could give a zero rating i would. Shocking service i dont know how they can call themselves a surgery. I was in a que today on the phone for over 2 hours only to get through then got hung up on. Its taken over 2 months to get blood tests sorted and my 2nd lot they have lost the results so now going to have to wait even longer.
Worst doctors surgery I've ever been to. No care for patients. Certain doctors are rude belittling and condescending all they care about are vaccinations. The nurse that gives the vaccines likes to tell you that her nephew has died to push your decision further. Complaints get ignored and doctors are being protected. For your postnatal check you will get asked if you are ok! Wether you are or not no care is given. Save your selves hassle and sign with a different surgery. They also like to call you to question your decisions. Couple or complaints put in with a shocking response defending the actions of doctors.
The staff are very rude. Dont care at all for their patients and refused to see my daughter because one of the them had wrote a load of lies down on the system.
