We needed an electrical safety survey completing on a house to progress the sale. The survey was arranged the same day. A team of two very personable and professional guys turned up within 40 mins and completed the survey in less than 2 hours. They indulged my curiosity and explained how several anomalies still worked safely. The completed report plus recommendations were emailed to me by the end of the day. All in, first class and at a very competitive price.
Absolutely fantastic service from beginning to end. Quickly attended various jobs, provided quotes and went back to carry out the work with no issues or fuss. Prices seem very reasonable and they have been very professional and efficient. Highly recommend!! Rob has been great.
What a great service from this shop. In the past year I've bought a tumble dryer and a fridge freezer from them. On both occasions, delivery was the next day for no charge. The items were unwrapped and packaging taken away. Great friendly service from start to finish. My advice to all - shop local!
I rang to order a washing machine on saturday just after lunch for my mum who is 85 years old by tea time it had been delivered fitted &the old machine taken away. Brilliant service.

Needed an unusual type of energy saving bulb for my bathroom. Spent most of Wednesday this week in Leeds city centre searching for one with no luck. It was suggested I go to Olwyn Fox which I did a short time ago, a very efficient young lady took the old one from me and returned 1 minute later with the correct one. Thank you. Would you believe it, Leeds - 4 hrs several miles walked £3 petrol & £3 Parking. Result = One very annoyed person. Olwyn Fox - 15 minutes 1.3 miles walked and 3 mins with a helpful person. Result = no need for a torch in the bathroom tonight !!!!!
Fantastic local business, had quite a few appliances from them cheaper than the big retailers with super service. Installing the new and removing old appliances within the price.
Helped me find a couple of fuses that the big RS/Farnell type firms didn't have in stock or wanted me to buy 10 of. I'll remember to think local next time!
