Very smooth experience to let flat -- from property search to payment to move-in. I came in from abroad and Carmine did a great job coordinating with his team to ensure I was well taken care of. Much better than other estate agents in London.
The property management team has been continuously ignorant of any issues raised which there have been plenty, not to mention the lack of care taken towards the apartment in the first place. There were maintenance issues apparent when we arrived, and we made the property manager aware of them. After two months, we still had not received a response, to any email, phone call, posting, etc. Now, almost at the end of the lease, more serious issues have come up and no surprise: NO ACTION. This team is unprofessional, inconsiderate, and completely off the grid. I would highly suggest staying away from this business if possible. Save yourself the headache!

I had a great experience with Foxtons Notting Hill. If you’re looking to buy I would recommend seeing if sales negotiator Natalie Simpkin is available. We first viewed the properties I had seen on the website and she then showed me a gem of a place that hadn’t yet gone live, enabling me to put in an early offer. She has excellent knowledge of both the area and the market and l found her by far the most professional negotiator I met while seeking a property. Top marks to Foxtons.
Honestly I was very impressed with Will and the whole team at Foxtons. I have been a landlord for 16 years. Long gone is Foxton’s shady reputation of old. These guys are honest, decent, completely transparent with fees and worked hard to find me the right tenant. I highly recommend the entire team.
Absolutely stay away from this agency, especially the Notting hill branch. Staff are negligent and incompetent, siding with immoral landlords who don't look after their property then try to sting you with a huge bill during the cost of living crisis. Hard to get hold of and dismissive I've never felt so devalued than when dealing with this agency and I've used a fair few agencies in London since moving here in 2019. Definitely sticking to Kingdom Houses from now.
STAY AWAY! They moved me and my partner into a completely mould ridden flat, with a broken door lock, and countless other issues. we emailed them day 1 to tell them about the lock and mould etc. After a 1 year tenancy of 0 replies from agents, after making regular complaints and requests to change our property manager, the landlady tried to charge us £1000 from our deposit for mould issues, even £350 alone for the lock which was broken when we moved in lol since when is a victorian times lock worth £350?. We've raised the dispute with the deposit company and are confident we'll get our deposit back, but the stress and the time consumed appealing this is nothing short of a joke, when we actually were really patient with the lack of responses, and the inventory company confirmed the professional clean we arranged was great, not a spot missed. And then they try deduct for structural issues. Oh yeah, and when they call you asking if they can do a viewing, you don't have rights as a tenant lol, they'll tell you "im already here it will be 5 minutes" and they'll stroll in like they own the place, when my girlfriend had meetings and i had an exam to sit at home, foxton's didn't care, as long as they can get their commission from the next tenant who they will neglect again lol DISGUSTING!! STAY WELL AWAY!!!!
I don’t recommend renting from them. I rented a flat from them for 10 months and I had a terrible experience. It is nearly impossible to get any reply or help from the property managers. They keep ignoring e-mails and phone calls, they have no interest in solving any issues that you may have with the flat. I also had agents appearing at my flat any time of the day without prior information that they will come to do a viewing.
