Charlotte & Billy and the team at Foxtons Shoreditch must be the absolute best crew you can have on your side when buying in London! As a first time buyer, I had to navigate a lot of the unknown and typical challenges when buying a property. The team were incredibly professional and handled all comms and actions timely and efficiently between all sides. I felt they went above and beyond, guiding me through the process with a lot of useful advice and most importantly, kindness and encouragement which is so important in such a lengthy and challenging process - they really know their stuff. Foxtons is a big agency so I wasn’t sure whether I’d get the same service as you’d expect from one of the smaller boutique agencies and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. I’m hugely grateful to the team!
Had an excellent experience flat hunting with Long Nguyen. He was very diligent and ensured we had multiple viewings lined up to make the best of our time. Also very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Unfortunately the timings didn't work out for the properties we viewed but would definitely reccomend Foxtons and in particular Long if you're looking for a flat in the area.
I rarely write reviews, but Foxtons Shoreditch managed to find me an amazing flat for the second time now. I worked with Klaudia Kocot on both occasions, and the amount of client care and amazing customer service that she provided is unparalleled - from promptly answering my texts and understanding my various personal circumstances, to even driving me to viewings. It felt very personal, unlike many other agencies that I used in the past. I would thoroughly recommend her and the agency to anyone looking for a place to rent.
