This was the first time I used this taxi company today. I have to say I had exceptional service from the controller Simon to the driver Colin. The taxi was waiting for me as soon as I got off the train at Hertford North. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you guys you made my experience dealing with you very pleasurable with no stress. Will definately use you again

Had booked a taxi to go to an interview a few days in advance and called them again the previous night to confirm the booking. The next morning they called me 10' before the time my taxi was supposed to arrive, but I didn't hear it and didn't answer the phone. As soon as I called them back they told me they had canceled my taxi because I didn't confirmed I was coming ( something that I had already done the previous night). After I waited for 20' an other taxi arrived. Overall: very rude over the phone and very unorganised... however, the taxi driver was kind and helpful.
