We attended as a party of 14 yesterday 3/12/23 & I can't praise the staff enough. From the start they were friendly & helpful. Our orders all arrived together & the food was good quality & served at temperature. The staff checked that everything was ok with our meals, as well as checking if we needed anything else. The tables were cleared in a quick manner after everyone had finished. The staff were also happy to take photos of our party for us too. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend here
I may get over excited about place's but I loved my meal here. I'm a non drinker and tried all the mocktails which were delicious, especially the Passion fruit Marti-no with a shot of elderflower fizz. The prices are around today's average slightly to the cheaper side but food, presentation and service doesn't reflect this. The food is yummy as are the drinks as I already highlighted. The atmosphere is really nice, not too loud but not dead quiet. It feels homely and friendly, currently displaying warm autumny vibes. The staff are wonderful and welcoming. The exterior decor is lovely as well, especially after dark. Overall it was a really great experience. Perfect to celebrate twenty years to the day that I met my wife
Great place . The staff are lovely and nothing too much trouble . I’ve given 3 stars on the food simply because the custard jug is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered apple and cherry crumble with custard . Great sized portion of crumble but the jug of custard was tiny, i actually poured it onto my spoon and there was a measly two spoons of custard . We asked for more and this was promptly delivered . Still another tiny amount .nAll great other than the custard portions .
Staff were really friendly and attentive without being overwhelming,it was quite.nI ordered a dry white wine that was not very nice. The young lady serving us was very good and changed it for me straight away.nI thought the wine was way overpriced £10 but that's not their fault. Having 30% off mains helped.nWe will go back.
Good food and friendly staff! Sat in the outdoor area which was nice as the shelter keeps the weather from ruining it. And the staff was very accommodating with my 6week old daughter and was more than happy to assist us with bringing us warm water for her bottle. Would return in the near future.
