Highly reccomend Fox's we used them 10 years ago moving abroad and again on returning some belongings on our return back from Spain. First class service .. On top of their game. Staff are very helpful and informed .. Highly recommended
Paula and the team at Fox were great at accommodating our last minute storage requirements. Friendly service and always willing to help where possible - including taking in our delivery parcels when we were unable to get there in time. We would highly recommend.
As a wheelchair user the storage facility is fully accessible with a passenger lift available to all floors. The facility is clean, well lit and has its own parking lot. There are trolleys available to move your items around between your unit and your car and vice versa - and there is a goods lift to all floors. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend to anyone needing short term or long term storage solutions.
I recently used Fox for a removal & stored my possessions in their self storage facility, and I can't rate them highly enough. The movers Leighton & Mick were extremely professional and quick with the removal and the storage was the perfect size for my storage requirements. The paperwork was clear and expertly handled by the administration staff at the company and I couldn't be more happy with the service.
