I would like to highly recommend Fox and Sons, Mutley Plain Lane.  I can honestly say that I am very impressed by the professionalism of all staff I have come into contact with, but a special mention must go to Scott Thomson (Mortgage Advisor) at this branch, who is first class and really cares about his customers.  He has gone the extra mile for my family and I can't thank him enough.  Top class service!!

I reluctantly went to visit Scott Thomson (mortgage advisor) at fox and sons but I am so glad I did! What a fantastic service he has provided us! As a first time buyer he made me understand the world of mortgages and spent so much time finding the right thingfor us.  Scott goes the extra mile to help his customers and I would highly recommend him. Thank you again for everything Scott!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Scott dealt with our mortgage, made it very easy to understand and was with us every step of the way. Unfortunately our first application was refused which was very disappointing. He told us originally that there wasn't a lot he could do but a few hours later came back with the news that he had found us a lender! Very happy that he kept trying for us and fingers crossed the rest of the process goes smoothly. 10 out of 10 for costumer service and attention to detail.

We used SCOTT THOMSON as our mortgage advisor. We were first time buyers and so a little apprehensive of the whole buying process. Scott was EXTREMELY HELPFUL, talking us through the whole process and braking everything down so we could understand exactly what would happen; this was particularly useful when discussing mortgage options (he had funky graphs and everything!!!). He went ABOVE AND BEYOND throughout the whole buying process, keeping us fully up to date with emails and calls, many of which were outside his normal working hours. Where things were going wrong (either because of sellers or because of my self employment) Scott fought to ensure they were quickly fixed. We cant thank Scott enough for how easy he has made our first house purchase and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone who is looking for a RELIABLE and PERSONABLE and generally DECENT BLOKE for their mortgage advise. Cheers mate!!!

Scott the financial was really helpful and was always on the end of the phone when I needed further advice. Fully recommend him especially first time buyers because he explains the process in full detail.
