Typical pub fare. Good range of beers and lagers. The menu will cater for most tastes. The youngsters in our party enjoyed the children's choices. I had the Posh fish and chips which was delicious, especially the chips which appeared to be triple-cooked. The food came out reasonably quickly, but not too quickly. Overall a pleasant experience. BTW dogs are allowed in the bar area but not the restaurant.
It was an absolutely amazing meal. Made Mother's day even better. Great roast dinners.

Excellent staff, helped with menu choices for a celiac child. Chicken wings and burgers are the stars for me. Just good honest food in a clean, convenient pub. Register on the website and they do seem to email out some great dining deals.
Lovely local. Went in one quiet Monday night. The bar tender was cheerful and pleasant. It had a nice atmosphere with the WC football quietly on in the background while we all chilled and had a good time.
Lovely food, we went for a meal on a Saturday evening,,easy to book, youjist need to book a start and finish time which is no problem and tbh it was not majorly crowded, staff were friendly polite and helpful, it was bar service again no issue as it was quick . I had the gammon and I have to say it was amazing it was cooked to perfection then I went a little out of comfort zone and had the rhubarb tart as I needed a vegan desert and all I can say was wow, taste, presentation were great will definatley be going back for more of thay. The prices were really reasonable and you get good quality meals too, not rushed or microwaved . Will definatley be going there again. If I was to look for a down side the only thing I would possibly say is it's a bit dark in there I like a little more light but that's just my preference. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing meal. Look forward to eating there again .
We took a large group of our residents for a lovely lunch ch out on Wednesay and were very well l9oked after by all the staff. They were very patient and couldn't do enough for us. The food was good, and the portions were big.
It’s a lovely place. Good facilities and well decorated. Nice outside too as no through traffic. Staff look under pressure at busy times like when I visited but shows how popular a venue it is.
Got a recommendation from a friend and it was a good one! Went for Saturday lunch with family and we were nicely surprised by quite good menu options pretty cool kids menu options with steak and salmon, food and drinks altogether. Not sure if we hit calm day, but it wasn't super overcrowded like many other places so we could enjoy ourselves. Food portions were nice for prices. Be happy to come back again.
Weekday evening meal and Quiz. Always a cheerful greeting from the staff, lovely food and the atmosphere on quiz night is always fun.
