I can honestly say I have never felt more safe and supported through any other surgery than par health center. All the staff, doctors and nurses are polite and experienced. If you have any queries, questions or appointment's then you are treated with full dignity and respect. Fast and responsive to all of our families and friends needs. I feel with my experience that Dr Waldron, Dr Marrett and the rest of the team are an assesst to our community and our NHS services. Great surgery v professional GPs, Dr Cockshot in particular great bedside manner, listens and very kind. Have been patient there for 16yrs and still there, I’m not the easiest of patients so they deserve 5 stars for just putting up with me! In this day and age where so many critic GPs it’s important to praise the good ones. If you can get on their list be thankful!
Never know which doctor your seeing as the book in computer always shows clinician. Can only book on the day so when your working you have to make sure your up and calling by 8 and you may not get an appointment. The receptionist are condescending to the point of rude. The doctors do not read your notes so you have to repeat history every time you go in. Even if they call you in. Last prescription I was given actually had someone else's name so I could not have it. You feel like every time you explain anything the doctors are looking for an easy, ok let's try this which normally does not address the most serious.
I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to all the members of staff at Par Health Centre for their professional approach towards the patients and their excellent service, especially to a very dedicated health care professional Mrs. Susan Dooley B.Sc.HONSCert.Ed. Practitioner for her remarkable caring attitude and a genuine concern about patient's health issues. Thank you to whole NHS for having this sparkling little gem Mrs. Susan Dooley in Par Health Centre, who safed my life from abdominal severe chest infection twice within last four months!nMay I take this opportunity to wish all the members of Fowey River Practice - Par Health Centre a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New 2019!
