Kind, compassionate and do their upmost to help you.
I can honestly say I have never felt more safe and supported through any other surgery than par health center. All the staff, doctors and nurses are polite and experienced. If you have any queries, questions or appointment's then you are treated with full dignity and respect. Fast and responsive to all of our families and friends needs. I feel with my experience that Dr Waldron, Dr Marrett and the rest of the team are an assesst to our community and our NHS services. I feel the whole team go that extra mile. Great surgery v professional GPs, Dr Cockshot in particular great bedside manner, listens and very kind. Have been patient there for 16yrs and still there, I’m not the easiest of patients so they deserve 5 stars for just putting up with me! In this day and age where so many critic GPs it’s important to praise the good ones. If you can get on their list be thankful!

Had a toddler who was unwell and still waiting to be seen 1hr past the appointment time. Poor communication and keeping a sick child waiting this long is not acceptable.
