Probably one of the worst places I’ve ever ordered from. Where to even start? Food arrived an hour late at 1 in the morning and driver was rude on the phone asking for directions. Pizza was cold and barely had any toppings, was lucky to find 3 beef balls on the whole thing. Garlic bread was wrapped in one thin layer of tin foil, inedible and soggy, cheese was like glue. Chips were wet and undercooked and they forgot extra dips ordered. Honestly mate if you’re reading this, don’t order from this place.
I used the app to order. The estimated delivery time was given for 14.49 pm. I called the store at 15.11 pm and was told that the driver was on the way. I called back at 15.40 pm as there was still no sign of the delivery but there was no answer. The order finally arrived at 15.42 pm and the food was cold. I don't mind the estimated delivery time being a little out but not by almost an hour, especially when the food arrives cold! Never again!!!
Dont waste your time or money, you probably wont be fed! As you can see from ALL of the reviews.. DO NOT GO HERE! Bun bros and four star are the same.. We have had 2 occasions exactly the same.. food not showing up / shows up cold hours late and out of pocket no refund as they blame Just Eat or us for giving wrong address LIE or not having phone number for us LIE Also told manager isn't in, phone gets passed around / ignored, staff also shout and give out to customers when customers have done nothing wrong. They blame you or JustEat when we can order no problem from justeat. Four star franchise, fire and restaff this whole store..
Never had any problem with them before but I'm not happy with them lately, ordered a few weeks ago and my pizza was barely cooked,ordered again tonight and the driver had no change and they put pepperoni on my VEGETARIAN pizza.
I got a ‘ pizza ‘ here about a week ago. This so called pizza came 2 hours late as I ordered it at 1:30am, freezing cold, uncooked and looked as if a bite was taken out of it. Chicken dippers were also ordered. These came raw and uncooked. When it arrived then at 4am, when it was bright out, the driver then had the cheek to try and get me to collect this pizza from his car in the rain. I would never even think of ordering from this place again.
Food was 30 minutes late and cold. Rude driver and store manager giving out to paying customer. Rang the store about the late delivery, manager was rude. Driver arrived, he was rude Both didn't issue apology. Both gave out to the customer over the order being accepted as the location was too far. If the website accepted the EIRCODE then it is never the customer's fault. Fix your website and attitude. No complains before regarding distance from the store until now.
I ordered pizza from here and received very disappointing food, we ordered a fairly large amount of food. The pizza ended up being cold and tasted stale. The food arrived late. Their garlic bread was burnt, they forgot my dips. The pizza very poorly cut. Instead of informing us of items that weren’t available they decided to replace them with unwanted food items.
The delivery driver ate my chicken and half my twisty fries. then i called them & they never sent a replacement. don’t order unless you want to starve
This has got to be the worst pizza I've ever had in my entire life. At 1am I didn't expect much but what I got still managed to surprise me. Maybe the pizza in better in earlier hours but what I got was truly bad. I shall never order from here again and will just starve until better options are available.
Pizza was very enjoyable. It was a great first time experience. Definitely will be coming back for more.
