I just had my 16 foot, 10 year old, well used, microfiber sofa cleaned by Four Seasons.  I was very impressed with the workmanship, the professionalism and the attitudes with which this company works.  When I called for the estimate, the owner took plenty of time to assess the job and explain what he could do for me.  He told me what to expect when the technicians arrived and that my satisfaction would be guaranteed.  Every thing he promised, happened.  The two technicians that arrived were very courteous and willing to explain the procedure and the expected outcome.  They worked very well together and were serious and efficient as they worked hard for the best result.  My sofa looks great and will give us several more years of use.  I would highly recommend this company.

4/18/15 - We first found Four Seasons Rug Care through Google.  Based on the great reviews we decided to try them.  Four Seasons Rug Care cleaned 3 of our oriental rugs.  This company has excellent customer service.  When our rugs were delivered we were so pleased with the results.  Would recommend highly and will continue to use Four Seasons in the future. From the office staff to the cleaning crew - this company runs a very knowledgeable and professional service, friendly and courteous. We did need them back to address a problem area after cleaning our entire upstairs; this they gladly took care of. Our wool area rug looks like the day we purchased it from some years back. Beautiful job!

I can't say enough about this company, the owners, and their wonderful staff. I am embarrassed to admit this, but, we have not had our wine colored Berber rug cleaned in 4 years, resulting in really large dark ugly gross soiled spots in our living room, thanks to our precious beloved dogs and their precious dog deposits, along with bleached spots where we have been careless with using bleach around our laundry room. Alex and his crew came out the first time to steam & clean, and, even though they worked very hard for 4 hours to do what they could, because of our neglect, those large dark spots came back after the rug dried. I called Four Seasons Rug Care, and explained the situation, and they gladly came back out to investigate. Dan, the owner, and Alex, came and spent another 2 1/2 hours, AT NO CHARGE, doing another more serious steam cleaning, and boy, does the rug look beautiful. And, Dan even colored those bleach spots, which was I thought was impossible, and, now, no more bleach spots either! I am so relieved! Thank you Dan, you are terrific, and thank you, Alex, you are too! I hope all who reads this review, and I never have done a review in my life! will use your company for their rugs, floors, etc.. solutions! I am a life long Ventura County resident. A carpet repair technician recommended Four Seasons Rug, Carpet, And Upholstery Cleaning to me after a previous carpet cleaning crew did a poor job. All the stains were still there and the high traffic areas looked dirty. After Four Seasons came in Dan, the owner, was actually there working it made all the difference in the world. The carpet I thought I was going to replace after it was initially "cleaned" now looked amazing. Four Seasons is a professional operation and gives a high level of service with great outcomes.

The carpet cleaning, although expensive, is good. I had a grout cleaning in two bathrooms, totalling about 75 sq ft, for which I was charged $175.00. The cleaning was also a sealant, which did not work. I dislike business practices such as this, therefore I will be using a different company for carpets. I also take issue with the "coupon" for 50% off a second service. So the small bathrooms would have cost twice that amount? I am a very unhappy customer. I also agreed to purchase a $300 rug pad, bringing the price for the carpet alone to $1100.00. I could have bought a pad for far less. Update: the owner called and offered to correct the problem for free. I stand by my original claim that their rug service is second to none.

I found this company to be great as a whole. From outstanding customers service to excellent work. They are very detail oriented, knowledgeable and best of all, they keep their word on their guarantee! I will keep using them for all of my upholstery and carpet cleaning needs!

I am a repeat customer with Four Seasons Rug Care.  In August they did an awesome job on my rental ruined carpet and saved me about $3000.00 to replace carpet & padding.  The carpet was damaged by pets & stains.  Four Seasons does great carpet service and provide fabulous customer service.  Will always call you for my carpet service. - Pat

My carpet was so horribly dirty, with multiple pet stains from two puppies, that I thought I would have to replace it.  I had it cleaned by a local company and it didn't come clean.   Four seasons was recommended by a flooring company I had worked with and they did a fabulous job!  It not only looks great but the ordor is gone as well.
