I have stayed here twice now and both times have had a pleasant stay. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is perfect for work and also close enough to a number of places to shop and/or eat. Would highly recommend staying here,Rooms: 5/5
Excellent service with good breakfast. Very cleanly. The free jelly bean machine is a great touch with very good decor consisting of framed vinyl covers. Pretty quiet when you're in the rooms. The only reasons it doesn't get 5 stars are things they can't do anything about due to the size of the building, such as shared bathrooms and room size. Adequate and lovely rooms, more like 9 out of 10.
Went back to stay after 20 years, reliving memories with our kids. Excellent value, lovely people, very good breakfast. Well placed for lots of attractions & had the use of a sitting room too. The only downside was the family en suite, too small & cramped, desperately needed updating, repairing, decorating & corners cleaned. Had to limbo under sink to use toilet!!
Stayed here at least 5 times comfortable bed good breakfast and the owners are lovely

Excellent stay. Good rooms, great breakfast, very pleasent owners and staff and good for visiting the New Forest National Park.
Stay here every time I visit my grandad rooms are very nice and the owners are lovely
