It's a place to clear your head without spending a dime and can still be satisfied and happy with yourself. A beautiful environment with lovely people in the stores, with pleasant smiles. Good recommendable shops in it and staff members taking care of the mall are very friendly.
Not a bad shopping centre for such town. Clean and plenty of shops to visit.
Came to visit Mansfield, not been in a few years. It's old, dated and all the good shops have closed. No investment in the area. Tatty, warn down place, it was like ghost town, went at a peak time and no one was in there! The whole Mansfield area looks shabby. Won't be long till it's closed and demolished.
I visited Four Seasons shopping centre in Mansfield for the first time and I wasn’t impressed. The toilets smelt of urine, faeces, sweat, the lot and were very dirty. I refuse to pay 20p for facilities in such a state. The toilet doors in the female bathroom are also extremely high off the ground which I feel is a huge safety & privacy risk and can make some individuals feel very uncomfortable. There’s not a suitable level of signage to direct guests to the toilets. There’s no toilet seats in the bathroom only hygiene seats like with most public toilets so you are basically sitting on metal. I don’t really find these any more hygienic - they just show how grotty the toilets are looking when they haven’t been cleaned properly or regularly enough. The centre has a few good shops like Claire’s, Boots, The Works and some unique e.g. Gonk World but for the most part it’s looking run down, dated and not well maintained. Most shops are very small and narrow with limited room to manoeuvre between displays & aisles, which wouldn’t be easy for wheelchair users. It’s extremely easy to knock things off as you pass or get caught on a display. The staff in Claire’s were lovely, helpful and the store was well stocked & organised with new goods which was amazing to see and made my day!!

Not too busy. Visited Holland & Barrett. Got what I was after...no issues.
Not what it once was with all previous department stores now long since gone. Several closed shops, but there is a large Boots and a Primark, for example. A few coffee shops. The multi-storey car park sadly takes cash only, so not keeping up with the times. Toilets are available, but you will need to pay.
Car park only took cash not cards. With department stores at each end now gone and WHSmith shrinking it's book selection, it feels like the centre is dying a slow death.
Nice indoor shopping centre. Limited toilet facilities since Debenhams closed down. A couple of stores have gone like Topshop and Clinton's.
Four Seasons Mansfield housed a large number of well known retail shops for clothing, shoes, telecommunications, cafe, groceries, gift shops, etc. It's a nice environment with good parking lots.
