Decided to park here for our shopping. My car gently touched their height warning sign with my roof box seems our car was higher than recommended maximum 1.85m. Stopped in front of the main gate to confirm if I can still safely park and leave after. Friendly chap who work there and is taking care of the place told us we can still park and easily leave as car barely touched that warning sign. We've made terrible mistake and believed to what that person told us. Our roof box was too high and we could not leave that car park through the exit gate. No more friendly chaps and no more support... front gate apparently stopped working and could not be open for us so we could leave by the entrance. Only option given was to remove the roof box completely. Well you could simply told me car is to high whilst I stopped at front gate and save hassle for me and stress for my pregnant wife. Seems you were to greedy for this additional £2. I hope people pissing there and it stinks as pay for your professional approach and friendliness.
Half of the car park isn't even usable, huge concrete columns obstruct most of the "parking spaces" and you've not been able to pay via card for the 4 years I've lived here....

Half of the mother and child bays are roped off. Really small parking bays. Lifts are regularly out of order. Cheap enough tk Park there but could do better
Four seasons is so out dated and needs more shops
Like most multi-story car parks in any town, this one is old and grubby and really needs some upgrading. Its only selling points are that it is very close to the town centre and it is fully under cover however there are cheaper outdoor car parks just a little further walk away.
Doesn’t take card, extremely tiny spaces even my Aygo struggled to fit in. Lines for the spaces are mostly non existent anyway. It closes at 6 so any chance of your car being safe in the evening for dinner out is shot. May as well not be there. Waste of space.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Rude encounter with a parking attendant, who purposefully after giving me a ticket hours prior, came to my car to goad me. I’m a young mum who was by myself and he came up to to me to cause an argument and to start being rude. Any young parents, AVOID at all costs. Just unfortunate I didn’t catch his name. Awful.
Always clean and plenty of space and cheap too , also has disabled bays. Have to pay even with blue badge but like I said it's cheap and clean
It's falling to bits more spaces coned off than were available and the lifts smelled of Urine.
