Pre booked a taxi over 24hrs in advance and waited almost an hour and it never showed. Disappointed because I thought after speaking to a local person I was confident in the booking. All confidence lost and clearly an unreliable company.
Rang up for a taxi said where I needed picked up from and guy asked where to then said he didn't have taxis until an hour and 15 mins later so wondering why he didn't say in the first place Midlothian taxis are useless most companies out this way don't answer phones or if the fare isn't good enough for then they won't send anyone out until it's quiet. One big joke avoid going anywhere near this area completely as taxis are a few hours wait at best that's if they bother answering phones at all
Good friendly staff. Prompt and good timekeeping for pre-booked. But under staffed at peak times wen u need a cab in a hurry.

A booked taxi waited 45 mins then they phoned me an cancelled it them selfs at last minute terrible
Today was first time I have used these taxis. I was in a hurry and taxi was there in minutes. Driver was very polite and taxi was spotless definitely use again.
