Appalling customer service! I've left my down coat for cleaning and it came back with a broken zip. They've 'mended' the zip with a bit of shoe lace and the back of a rusty clip-on earring. When I complained about the improvised finish, they had the cheek to deny responsibility and suggest that perhaps I brought the coat in with a broken zip. I'm sure if they truly believed that that was the case, they wouldn't have made an attempt to repair it in the first place. Accidents do happen, but the way businesses deal with them is what makes all the difference. This was definitely not the way.

I've been using Fountain Cleaners weekly for 18mths, the staff are very helpful and I've always been pleased with the results. The free hour parking in town for customers is very useful too!

Terrible! Took a dress there, same stains on collection, 2nd time slightly better, I still rejected it and third time almost clean!! Took navy jacket with white piping, just as dirty on collection, they repeated the clean and still dirty. Never using them again!!!
