As all the other reviews said he’s a very non caring doctor after telling me “I’m 100 percent sure it’s not infected” and “if it was infected he wouldn’t be able to even walk on it” it came back infected, after two knee drains never being sent off for cutlers. DO NOT recommend to anyone. Needs to find a different job, also had to keep making appointments for nothing because he wouldn’t care each appointment and then we’d have to make another one being he’s one of the only orthopedic here in town wasted time and money also wasn’t able to play my senior season due to this when my knee was drained 8 months ago an wasn’t sent off for cutlers to see if it was infected
I visited Dr Cromer yesterday for a pain in my elbow. I read some google reviews before the visit and some of them were not very good. So I set my expectations pretty low. To my surprise, Dr Cromer was nothing like in the bad review. He spent with me a long time explaining what is going on. Even though in theory I could have a surgical procedure to resolve the issue, the side effects of the surgery would outweigh the what I have right now. I am very pleased with the care I received in Dr. Cromers office.
Dr. Cromer and every other dr in that office is awesome. Dr. Cromer took care of my trigger finger, and now I see Dr. Mobarck now for my feet and toes. He's am awesome dr. Very good at what they do.
Dr. Cromer was the most disinterested and uncaring doctor I've ever visited. He got facts about my condition wrong multiple times how long I've had it, where I was experiencing pain, etc., and after I corrected him, he would take another look at his chart and admit that he was getting it wrong. It was like he didn't even read it. The last time I saw him, he briefly described the results of an mri and left the room before I could ask questions. When another worker told me I was free to go, I had to have her make him come back so I could get my questions answered, and he was clearly annoyed that I wanted him to talk with me about my chronic pain. Dr. Cromer is an specialist at maximizing the amount of co-pays while minimizing the work and interaction on his end, but it's dubious that he's a specialist at anything else. I'd avoid him if you can, and if you can't, I hope your experience is better.
I have been seeing Dr. Cromer for sever pain in the cervical area of my neck. He was the only doctor in town who found out what was wrong with me in three years. However, the communication between doctor, staff and patient are awful. No one ever called me about my MRI results or even made a new appointment for me to talk to Dr. Cromer. I had to call when I didn't hear from them in almost a week. I saw Dr. Cromer on June 9th, and I was given a referral for a surgeon and a refill for my pain medication. No one called in the refill for my pain medication after calling them continually until today after I threatened to come into the office and let everyone know how they don't care about their patients. I have been out of my pain medication for four days, and I the pain is horrible. I was told Dr. Cromer did not request a refill and they had to get an approval. Really? They had a week to take care of this and they are telling me now that they just got his approval. Dr. Cromer told me on the day that I saw him that he was refilling the pain medication and one of the employees brought me a referral and told me my medication was called in. I don't plan on seeing Dr. Cromer again due to the pain they left me in. There is a definite lack of communication at my expense.
Seen Dr. Cromer about three times and every time I felt like nothing was resolved with my back. I felt like he just wanted me to go back to cash in on it. Nothing was resolved with my back, I asked for an mri from the beginning as well and he said no, but ended up doing one and found what was wrong. Did he really help me other than telling me to go to physical therapy? No. Didn’t really feel like he cared and I showed him how much pain I was in.
After care is non existence. Surgery Friday morning office closed weekends hospital say call the office for pain meds. Called Monday and they want to see me in office on Tuesday. Just to give pain relief after days of pain. Don't drive so it's hard to just run to see them. Great surgeon. Poor After care
Awesome doctor! I'm serious and I rarely like doctors. He's a magician if you ask me. He diagnosed my wife's serious spine injury and got her an amazing surgeon. We love you doc, we can't ever thank you, enough. If it went for you my wife would have been paralyzed. Is that clear enough, this is the doctor you want.
Saw him yesterday with bum knee. He thoughtfully answered my questions with medical explanations. I found him online and was very happy with his compassion and honesty. He’s my go-to orthopedic.
Thanks for your support and making my appointment good. I did not receive a call for the MRI. Could I receive the phone number for MRI office.
