Joseph and Hugh have always been conscientious towards the manner in which they can look to work, in the best interests of our business. Their presentation and communication is both friendly, considerate and professional in nature. When an issue is laid before them, they consider all the various parameters that will affect the business and then offer advice in regards to what scenario will result in the best financial effect to the business. Both Hugh and Joseph are very personable, and engage with us as a business, to ensure that we optimise our profit and minimise our financial outgoings. Our business has had the pleasure of working with Hugh and Joseph for, in the order of five years now, and the resultant improvement in our turnover and profit has to be credited to their input in at least some small measure.
Joseph was really helpful doing my tax return and helped get my mortgage all sorted as well. Top bloke.
they have sorted my tax refund and they received my check on 5-8-21 and I've been calling them for last 2 days and I can never talk to anyone that knows what's going on I just keep getting told the same thing someone will call me back and I've been waiting 2 days
