I only tend to write reviews when I have received a service well beyond that which can normally be expected. This is one shinning example. My doctor recommended that I see a physio after I complained about a groin pain. I therefore made an appointment to see Tracy Jackson at Forward Step Physiotherapy Clinic in Swindon. After a thorough examination Tracy said without any doubt that I should have an x-ray as she suspected arthritis in the hip. How right she turned out to be. I had my x-ray yesterday and will be receiving a hip replacement soon. Tracey showed exemplary judgement in diagnosing my condition so quickly and she was so professional in referring me to the hospital when she could have simply just carried on treating me. How nice to find someone with such professional integrity and skill. A big thank you Tracy !
