High quality, informal, casual dining using fresh ingredients is what food at FORUM is all about, from tapas and sharing dishes, boards & mezes, light lunches & classic bar meals through to steaks and Aberdeen Angus burgers from the chargrill

We take our drinks very seriously at FORUM and our menu has an extensive selection of drinks including in-house aged cocktails, smoked cocktails, foams, premium spirits as well as local craft beers and ales

You can learn about our cocktails at one of our Cocktail Masterclasses which take place in private in the first floor bar area with dedicated mixologists

The first floor bar area is available for exclusive hire seven days a week and is firmly established as the number one venue for private parties. The space is both stylish and flexible and has its own cocktail bar, it can accommodate small groups or host exclusive parties for up to 100 people
